Hello, my name is Ruth-Ann and I am part of teamBurak. My official title is Unlicensed Assistant and my role includes Customer Care, administrative support, and basically anything that helps your transaction move forward more smoothly.
Terry and I have been married over twenty five years and in that time have come to work very effectively together. Our previous venture, Superior Blind Services, was created in part to allow us to work together as a team and was a big success. One thing that I would hear from Terry when he returned from a job was the comment from his customers "that lady on the phone was so nice to deal with!" so I will take that compliment to mean that I did a good job with customer service.
Apart from our business life, we have a very happy personal life with our kids Rachel and Derek, who we are very proud of, and of course our dog Tucker. Rachel is an amazing young lady who is working on her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education degrees at Concordia University of Edmonton. She is smart, kind, and caring and will make a great teacher one day. Derek completed his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from MacEwan University and has decided to join his dad helping people find their dream homes. Sports have always been a big part of Derek's life and he continues to enjoy them making friends along the way. Tucker is our 5 year old Labradoodle who gives us endless fun and love every day of our lives.
Other interests include my part-time job at the Alberta SPCA where my duties are Lottery customer service and administrative support. I enjoy helping and talking to people on a daily basis.
